Things You Need to Know

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our products & customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WIT Equestrian. 


Due to the custom nature/printing process of our products, WIT cannot accept returns or exchanges and products can take anywhere between from 5-10 business days to ship.

Please follow product measurements below each product to ensure sizing will be correct before placing your order.

 

WIT will issue replacement orders for any item lost in transit (as confirmed by delivery service), or for incorrect or damaged orders. If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, or if the order is incorrect/item is damaged, we will reship that order at our cost.  Email us at help@witequestrianclothingco.com if you have an issue with an order.
